The Inchcape Experience digital data capture portal has been created to support the tracking & analysis of our Group’s website performance. This has been designed to allow you to easily enter your digital data so that we can measure performance at a Group, market and individual website level.

For each website the portal captures:

  • Website traffic
  • Average time on site
  • Compliance status for each Inchcape Digital Experience
  • Online Net Promoter Scores & reason codes
  • "Able To Do" score

Please access the User Guide to find out details on how to use the digital data capture portal, which should be updated on a daily basis. Monthly data should be completed no later than seven working days following month end. Digital Experience data should be completed within the first ten working days of each quarter, for the previous quarter.
